As Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for:
Driving and owning the entire revenue engine: Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnerships
Aligning product velocity with monetization strategy
Leading GTM strategy and execution across 50 US states, with a digital-first, data-powered growth system
Partnering with the CEO on investor-facing strategy and IPO planning
10+ years experience leading revenue orgs in SaaS / PropTech / Ecommerce
Taken a company from $10M → $100M+ ARR, or pre-IPO → IPO
Operated inside a world-class organization: Zillow, Opendoor, Shopify, Salesforce, Amazon, Redfin, Compass, etc.
Proven skill in aligning data + product + sales for scale
Obsessed with growth quality, cohort LTV, and compounding effect of operational clarity
Experience with two-sided marketplaces
Deep understanding of U.S. real estate or investment buyers market
Built and led international revenue teams
Understands growth playbooks beyond brute force — including product-led revenue loops
