Manage the brand's social media profiles, including new profile creation and maintenance (address changes and other info) and support tickets
Create social listening reports, respond to customer comments with message templates, and identifyidentified social media crises.
Adhere to internal security policies, including the Social Media Policy.
Email Account management, such as user creation and management, assets uploads, deactivations, etc.
Email Marketing System customer service and ticket management
Create and manage other digital accounts as needed
Create, request, and organize all marketing creative assets
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
